shipment processing time:
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days .
- Orders that have to be pre ordered can take up 7-14 days to arrive .
- Standard shipping 2-3 business days $12
- Overnight 1 day shipping $20.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipment may be delayed by a few days .Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
- We do not allow you to exchange products within 3 business days after you have received your items .
- In order to exchange your item must be sent back unused .
- Desire Sight is not responsible for any damaged or lost during shipping.
- If you received your order damaged , please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim .
- Save all packaging materials and damaged before filing a claim.
